I called the visa office this morning fully expecting the same news I've received all week (no update), but Rai's visa appointment is FRIDAY at 1pm! (I believe that's 11pm TODAY here in Dallas.) So it is POSSIBLE to get a travel call sometme tomorrow, but it's also possible that it could be next week. Even so, I need to repack our clothes since the original suitcases were ready for March weather. By 10am, the adoption travel agent's office opens and we can begin looking for airfare (no purchases until that call comes).
Oh, this is wonderful news! We're getting close!
(Don't worry, we will call EVERYONE as soon as we get the call and know when we're leaving and coming home!)
