So many of us complain about our local USCIS office after months of waiting for any moment with our immigration paperwork. We often go into a panic frenzy as we think of our son or daughter getting older each and every day that our paperwork sits on a person's desk.
A fellow Holt BB (bulletin board) mom topped all of our stories earlier this month with a horrific story of her daughter's two month wait at the Orlando USCIS turning into a potentially 6-8 month longer wait. We read her posts in horror as she explained that her USCIS office now only has one person who works one, yes one, day a week. After some pleading, a local news station interviewed them this morning and aired the story this evening. Below is a YouTube video of the story:
