We just got the email that Rai does need a waiver, which is what we were dreading. At the same time at least we know. Here is the plan:
- Sign waiver today, notarize, and overnight to Holt in Oregon
- Holt sends waivers to Korea on Friday
- Holt-Korea receives waivers on Monday and returns paperwork ASAP to US Embassy in Korea
- Visa Interview scheduled hopefully as early as Tuesday but most likely sometime next week
- Travel Call arrives upon hearing that Rai's visa has been issued (as early as the same day of Visa Interview)
So it looks like we won't travel until most likely Wednesday at the earliest. At least we know. Starting Tuesday of next week, I will be able to call the visa office and see if Rai's interview has been scheduled. I'll post something as soon as we hear either way.

Sorry your having to do the waiver but it sounds like they are giving you a better time frame than we are getting. I really thought we were going to have to do the waiver. It was a big surprise that we didn't need it. I'm praying it all goes smooth and you get your tc soon.
I love your video below. Do you know what they are talking about? I have a Korean exchange student, that has become one our sons, and he would be able to tell you if you do not know.
